Leica ER Riflescopes - Perfect for all types of hunting. The longest eye relief throughout the power range - ideal for hard recoiling rifles. The LEICA ER riflescopes combine legendary optical performance with unsurpassed mechanical reliability. The ER 2.5-10x42 and 3.5-10x42's moderate size is ideal for hunting rifles used in rugged conditions – backpack, horse-back, fly-in hunting camps. The LEICA ER fits perfectly in the hunters rifle case or scabbard. Designed for ease of mounting, the ER series has the most compact eyepiece and the largest amount of straight tube fore and aft of the turret housing of any premium riflescope. The long eye relief (10 cm) is ideal for large calibre rifles. The outer lenses are coated with Leica's high tech AquaDuraTM coating – whose water and dirt repelling properties make cleaning easy and keep ready for action.

With the ER 2.5-10x42 you are perfectly prepared for many hunting situations – short, moderate or long range. With a magnification range of 2.5x to 10x, you are ready for short, medium and long range precision shooting from across the canyon or the high seat. The compact eyepiece and the generous straight tube fore and aft of the turret housing allow exceptional ease of mounting on hunting rifles. When a quick, aimed shot is needed, the wide field of view and generous magnification range will assist the shooter hit the target. The LEICA ER 2.5-10x42 is scheduled to be available with ASV elevation turret – it adjusts the point of impact of the bullet to different distances at the turn of the turret knob. Available Reticles: German #1, German 4A, Leica Plex, Leica Ballistic Plex and Leica CDD. All reticles are in the second image plane (American Style). The LEICA ER 3.5-14x42 is the longe range shooter's ideal riflescope. The higher magnification allows precision shooting at long range. The 10 cm / 3 15/16" of eye relief, gives the shooter added confidence against the results of the hardest recoiling rifles. Generous straight tube fore and aft of the turret housing and compact eyepiece allows for exceptional mounting flexibility. At the upper end of the power range, the 14x magnification gives ample power for precision shooting at long range – while at the lower end, the 3.5 magnification is ideal for short or moderate range shooting. When teamed with the Leica Ballistik Plex reticle, a LEICA laser rangefinder and an accurate rifle, precision long distance shooting is possible. The side mounted parallax adjustment is easily adjusted to insure image and reticle sharpness. Leica reticle 1 The classic hunting reticle – excellent for the quick shot in low light conditions.		Leica #4A reticle The universal hunting reticle – for the accurate shot, short or long range.
LeicaPlex The universal reticle for hunting and target shooting.		Leica Ballistic reticle The reticle of choice when long distance precision shooting is required. With vertical hold over marks spaced 5 cm at 100 metres / approx 2 inches at 100 metres, precision aiming at extended distances is possible. When ballistic information for the cartridge and the distance to the target are known, precise shooting is possible. The use of a Leica Laser rangefinder to determine the distance to the target is recommended.
Leica CDD reticle A reticle designed for the target shooter. With this reticle it is possible to focus the target in the natural manner. The upper dot is suitable for aiming in artifical light an the lower dot for aiming in natural light.
