The
Bivvy and tent fly are made from totally waterproof rip stop
nylon. This quality high count 70 denier fabric, has a waterproof
polyurethane coating, tested to a minimum of 2 metres of hydrostatic
head. Seams are fedlapped and then seam sealed waterproof using
a combination of hot air, pressure and a high quality tape.
The
tunnel tent's wind cheating stability, standing properties
and effectiveness are the basis of the unique Huntech bivvys.
Designed around an Easton 7075 E9 aluminum alloy pole makes
the bivvy largely free standing with only the open end needing
tying off. The sloping end is designed to be pitched into
any wind giving the fly good wind shedding properties. There
are also additional tie down points, on the hoop and the centre
of the sloped end, for use in storm conditions. And lastly
it is quick and simple to erect requiring only 5 pegs. |

Huntech Two Man Bivvy Floor NZ$34 (incl. GST)
A
PVC coated nylon floor is available for the Huntech Two man bivvy.
They have tabs which can be secured by
shock cord to the four pegs which hold down
the bivvy.
The rubbery side should go up.
